Shared Mobility

Fleet OS for EV bikes, cars, and heavy vehicles. Separate from Mobility Charging (vans that charge a customer). Public app lists bikes and cars only - 3W / LCV / heavy stay operator-assigned.

How Shared Mobility works
Super Admin enables the module for a tenant, Tenant Admin runs the fleet, riders unlock bikes/cars in the app. This is not Mobility Charging (a van that charges a customer’s EV).
Super Admin
  1. Tenants → open the org → Modules → enable Shared Mobility.
  2. Users → Tenant Admin → tick Shared Mobility (or leave modules empty to inherit all enabled modules).
  3. Select that tenant in Tenant Context, then open Shared Mobility in the sidebar.
Tenant Admin
  1. Seed a hub pilot or add vehicles. Rotate hub OTP; put 3W/LCV/heavy on a driver, never on the public map.
  2. Approve car licence KYC. Set tariffs. Draw service / no-parking zones.
  3. Watch trips, force-end stuck rides, resolve damage, answer cargo leads, send low-SoC bikes to the depot queue.
Rider / crew (app)
  1. Ride vehicles: nearby bikes/cars → quote → hub OTP or QR pp-sm:… → live fare → end at hub → receipt.
  2. Cars need licence KYC then hourly pre-book. Starting later converts the hold.
  3. Crew: Fleet shift checkout for 3W/LCV/heavy. Cargo/heavy is a lead form only. Mobility Charging vans stay on the other module.
